Thank you so much for the amazing service you have given. The commode arrived a day after ordering. I was so surprised and delighted as the lady I am live-in carer for can use a commode again. The wheel broke on her old one on Tuesday and the local authority who supplied it advised her it would be at least 6 weeks for repair its 15 years old no spares available. I returned to work on Wednesday after two days off spoke to the local authority who were clueless and wanted to do an assessment in march. Needless to say enough was enough - luckily I found your website and you delivered Big Time and at a great price. Thank you again for the outstanding service.
