Thank you so much for the amazing service you have given. The commode arrived a day after ordering. I was so surprised and delighted as the lady I am live-in carer for can use a commode again. The wheel broke on her old one on Tuesday and the local authority who supplied it advised her it would be at least 6 weeks for repair its 15 years old no spares available. I returned to work on Wednesday after two days off spoke to the local authority who were clueless and wanted to do an assessment in march.
