On the positive side, the reinforcing of the holes through which the tape passes are an improvement on the only previous version of such a 'sock aid' device I have used. On the temporarily negative side, the relatively large size - both in width and length - of the sheet plastic which holds the sock and feeds it on to the foot made it rather tight and uncomfortable in early use, but I soon worked out that it could be trimmed down to a more satisfactory size, to fit my rather small feet better.
