Great to have the old-type crutches.
I Ordered 'small' and when they arrived it was easy to move the slots to the correct places for my height. I would never be able to use the modern NHS arm crutches as I am not strong enough, so I'm relieved that one can still get hold of these sensible ones.

Hair washing tray
I recently purchased this tray my hairdresser used it at the weekend and the results were amazing No water loss no wet clothing and no dripping on the floor I only wish I had not bought one years ago!

A bit fiddly . But once done fits well . Plus as it's all one piece nowhere for water to collect . Making it a lot more hygienic .
