Quality product very impressive

We bought this to get a more "packable" walking aid for my mum, who already has a 4-wheel rollator. The locking and unlocking feature she finds difficult as she doesn't have the coordination and confidence, but will always have someone else with her so it is not a problem. I had to adjust the brakes on arrival. The work like bicycle brakes so this wasn't difficult. Overall, delighted with product (and price).

Returning customer, this is second Walk Safe Walker we have purchased, one for upstairs one for downstairs. Very easy to assemble, both the height & width are adjustable which is a very useful feature to have. The walker feels sturdy & safe yet it is very lightweight, it glides over carpets, tiles & wooden floors with ease. The walker was well priced, delivery was prompt. I have seen a few Below The Amputees saying this crutch is great on social media. Since having my amputation in March I have had a few setbacks which was stopping me getting my prosthesis. After booking a holiday abroad, I thought the iWalk3.0 would be a great bit of kit to get me into the pool as no hoist was available. I know it is not advertised as waterproof, but if I could get into the pool then take it off, it would make my holiday so much better. Although the holiday is still to come, the first time I have walked properly since my surgery has been with the iWalk. I was nervous at first, but soon felt more comfortable over time. Being 6' 5" and of a big build I had to do some checks via the website to make sure I was suitable to use it. May I add that the instruction book is a QR Code which takes you to YouTube videos on how to build, adjust, wear and use the iWalk. If you are not tech savvy, you may need someone that is. The videos are really helpful though, and made the process much easier than if it was just text and pictures in a instruction manual.

Having really bad hands and wrists due to arthritis I needed something easietlr than my normal crutches and sticks. I found these at a good price delivered quickly. They are quite top heavy but rest my arms really well and my hands are in a much better position.

I was feeling that your 2 inch high was feeling to low now, so I have upgraded to your 4 inch high toilet seat. I am finding it much more suitable for my requirements.
