I ordered this as a spare and because my NHS stick just had a standard hand grip which I could not grip securely as my hand and wrist have now started to ache and my grip is not as strong. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase.
This chair comes partly assembled and can be put together without tools. It has a padded seat and back for comfort and there's also a pan with lid so it can be used as a commode. Delivery was prompted than expected. Ordered after Christmas and received before New Year.

Lovely to be able to have a bath without the worry of how to get up and out afterwards! The compressor is noisier than I expected but now I know that it doesn't matter. Good to have a device that works with my central tap and plug bath, thanks for the pic that shows it.

The colour is more cadbury purple which personally, I love. The seating is comfy and the back bar soft to rest on Im 5ft10 slim build. The bag at the front can be used in situ or also as an over the shoulder if that suits. It doesn't hold too much perhaps a few light grocerys with ease. Overall a great product. Movement effortless and fold at pull of the seat handle with ease.

A fantastic grip rail that is an ideal size, and easy to fit with just 4 screws and wall plugs. I'm sure that the supplied screws would be fine, but I'd recommend getting your own longer ones. Essential aids are great, and dispatched the rail the same day. I'd highly recommend them and the rail!
