My partner is totally thrilled with this lifting cushiion. He has had a knee problem for some years that made it necessary to heave himself out of chairs with his arms. Huge effort and willpower is involved as he is very tall and (while not overweight) quite heavy. The strain eventually caused a frozen shoulder on one side. The other shoulder, now doing all the work, seemed to be going the same way, which was very alarming. He is amazed at this device - he can get out of a chair with ease, and no pushing with his arms required. (Your service was also very good - it came within 24hrs of being ordered.) Thanks for this - an absolute gem!

I am very pleased with the HandyCup I bought for my husband. It seems to be much more robust than the ones I had been buying from Boots - they only lasted a few weeks before the plastic cracked. The design of the HandyCup is good; nice large handles, and the angled shape is a clever idea. My only tiny criticism is that sometimes it's tricky to get the last scrap of sugar, for example, from the corners when washing up. I'd give it 4.9 out of 5!

The over armchair table we purchased for my mother who is in a care home is excellent. It was easy to assemble and transport, easy to clean and move around. The only small observation is that when the table is at its lowest setting (as used by my mother) it is slightly too high if she wants to write anything. Otherwise there are no complaints.

I recently ordered an adult dining bib for my 95 year old father. I have to say that the service we received was quick and efficient and the Bib' was of very good quality. It is big enough to cover his whole front and legs so has cut down the washing considerably. The only one comment I would make is the use of the word 'bib'. This offended my father with its connotations of baby use. Could you come up with a better name such as meal time clothes protector just to preserve the dignity of the elderly.

The prima hand rails were great, good to have the contrasting colour. The rubber is not too hard so it is kind to older skin and the contrast colour is very helpful against light tiles.

I bought this dignity mug for my elderly mum who was having difficulty holding a mug or cup, it used to bruise her fingers so when I saw this mug I thought I would but it for her to try. She is able to hold it safely due to the little extra piece at the bottom of the handle to put her finger around. The mug wasn't as big as I thought it would be but is the right size for my mum, she enjoys her cups now. I would recommend and give 5 out of 5.

My mother is very pleased indeed with her Tetrapod walking stick. This is the second one she has purchased and she uses the two together which gives her a lot of stability. It was delivered quickly, is very sturdy and excellent value for money. Many thanks.

The elastic shoe laces have enabled my husband to put on his normal shoes rather than buy new (slip-on) shoes. Five stars for your website, service and items.

The Elbow crutches - arthritic - are sturdy and good quality and help me get about without hurting my hands.

The shower stool I ordered is exactly what we wanted, it is sturdy and neat, fits nicely into the shower area and is ideal. I would give it a 5 out of 5.

The inflatable washbasin is excellent. Very good quality, good packaging with instructions. The service was slightly delayed due to Royal Mail issues. Otherwise good communication informing of proposed delivery.

I bought this Good Grips Button Hook for my Uncle as he was really struggling with shirt buttons due to arthritic hands. It looked simple and easy to use. He is really happy, and is using it daily, and recommends it for others. (5 stars). R Lee.
