Communication and delivery of product was excellent. The spoon and fork has made a real difference to my son being able to self feed, promoting his independence. Hopefully he'll get to grips with the knife in the future. Would recommended the kura cutlery for children! 5/5.
I highly recommend Essential Aids both for quality of product and excellent service. I recently had a second stroke but still wanted to go to my sons wedding and look nice. I bought the soft grip crutches with blue trim to go with my outfit and really pleased that I did. They are so comfortable to use as well as looking good, it's so nice to have some colour in something which is an essential aid, the soft handle grip is really comfortable, and you can adjust the height for individual comfort. They arrived very quickly and well packaged. Highly recommend this product.
We order some no slip matting for lining drawers and cupboards in our narrow boat. It is really good stuff and supplied in sensible quantity as well as a very useful width and size. I think we originally ordered two rolls and then subsequently another roll. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service. (we may well be back for more!)
Prompt delivery and te waterproof mattress protector is an excellent product. The envelope style, waterproof mattress cover was expensive compared to other products of this nature but is well worth the money.
I am very pleased to let you know that I am extremely satisfied with the cushion I bought . I have a large, heavy duty wheelchair and was worried that I might not find a suitable cushion to fit. However, this one fits perfectly and is very comfortable. So thank you for supplying such good quality equipment, I shall know where to look first if I need anything in the future.
The Flexible Ferrule does a perfect job by keeping Alan's crutches in contact with the ground on all floor surfaces. They match the angle that he holds his crutches at and have not skid away from him and keeps him safe. We will be ordering more. Very good service.

The axilla crutches I purchased from essential aids have been very helpful indeed, having had a prosthetic leg for over 50 years, over the last 2 years have had some problems, I tried to get a pair like these from NHS, but they would not supply them, I got your e-mail address from some one, and they were here within a matter of days.

My physio recommended that I purchase a wedge cushion (giving a basic specification) as an additional aid to help relieve the calcification/tendonitis of my Ischial Tubrosity. This device has been useful in relieving the pressure on the said area at the same time improving my spinal posture! The plastic bath step has been a real hit with my Dad who was struggling to step up into his shower cubicle. Having a shower was becoming an unmanageable ordeal but the step has certainly made it a lot easier for him to get in and out of the shower safely.
The suitcase ramp makes such a difference to me getting in and out of the house on my mobility scooter. Both are top quality. I would rate both with a five. I would also compliment you on your ordering and delivery service. No fuss and usually speedy. I do not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Prompt delivery, and excellent product. We use the ferrules as feet for kitchen chairs to protect the wooden floor - rubber is also more comfortable than the hard plastic inserts that the chairs originally came with.

The sock aid was purchased for my brother who suffers from myotonic dystrophy so his has not got a lot of dexterity in his hands but this aid is fantastic, he rates it 5+.
A very BIG thank you for the bed wedge. Two weeks ago I somehow managed to break a bone in my foot and was told to rest up. I tried a few pillows but I became fidgety n the pillows kept moving. I have only used the wedge for 2 hours tonight and it didn't move. I stayed still and my foot feels a lot better already. I have another 6 weeks off and will be using the bed wedge at every opportunity I can to help my foot get better quickly. Thanks once again for great customer service and speedy delivery.
