Excellent aid

The stick clip is a brilliant and simple gadget! It clips to your walking stick and whenever you need to rest your stick somewhere, this little counter balance does all the work. I use mine to pop my stick against the top of shop counters, in the library, on tables in cafes, etc. You can easily slide the clip up or down to the height you need to lock your stick securely on the surface you want to rest it against. It really does work. I am always being asked about it and refer them to Essential Aids to get one.

Excellent table

My mum was very pleased with this overbed table, it is a lot sturdier than her previous one and this one has wheels.

Thank you

I was very satisfied with your narrow walking frame, quality and delivery was more than expected and very good would not hesitate to deal with our company again. Marks out of 5 would have to be 5/5.

Excellent

The bed and chair table has been a boon to us since my husband had to have his lower leg amputated. I can envisage a lot of changes over the next months and years.

Very happy

I'd give both the scooter cover and purchase experience 5 out of 5 stars. Helpful and patient customer services (I find I can get quite kerfuffled over the smallest of things these days) and the product itself is excellent. It is the second one of such covers I have which is of a good size and fits comfortably over the seats and backs of both my large wheelchairs (they're not just for scooters), thus protecting them and keeping them dry in wet weather so that I can still sit on the chair indoors after removing the cover.

Useful aids

The plug tugs I purchased are brilliant! 5 out of 5. It is so much easier to pull plugs out of the sockets now that I'm developing arthritis in my hands.

Very good

My mother found the mugs easy to grip and fairly easy to drink out of. Her hands are really unsteady now as she has motor Neuron disease so nothing is easy. The mugs wash up well and are not too heavy for her.

5/5 - the sock puller on the order was delivered promptly and everything worked well. Many thanks.

Happy

We bought this slatted showerboard to cope after my wife having a whole knee replacement operation. It arrived promptly and was easy to assemble and adjust to our own bath. It also looked strong and of good quality. The board has been very effective and we are very pleased with it. My wife will probably continue to use it, as an aid to getting in/out of the bath, even after she is again able to shower standing up.

5 out of 5

The bathroom stool we ordered is perfect for the job. It was very good value for money and your service was brilliant.

Satisfied customer

I am disabled and wanted some coilers (that is elastic shoelaces). I went on-line and there was Essential Aids' website. This showed exactly what I was looking for and I therefore ordered some. Delivery was quite quick and I have now put them in my shoes. I am pleased to say they are fine. This being so I am pleased to rate them as 5 out of 5.

Excellent rail

The problem I had was that a conventional 'straight' handrail would snag on a drainpipe. The 45 degree 'offset' steel grab rail allowed me to securely fix the handrail to the wall, but also allow space to get your hand around it and grip. A perfect solution!

Good reading aid

Magnifier sheet is very discreet to use in restaurants, place of worship and on courses where print is smaller than required. Relief to be able to scan forwards on page when reading longer text.
