We purchased the replacement rollator bag from you and were pleased with the item. The only thing I would improve with it, would be the fixings. Instead of Velcro, I would like to see studs, as in the original, as it more difficult for the patient to remove. The bag itself though is of good quality and the delivery was good as well. 4 out of 5, only because of the Velcro.

Item purchased Bed Backrest after hip replacement operation needed to sleep on back found this was comfortable to use and value for money. 5 stars for service and product.

The multi way bed wedge is as described, prompt delivery, did the job perfectly.

The Round Shower Stool that I purchased has exceeded all expectations. It's sturdy, well designed and fits perfectly in my guest room shower. My wife loves it, particularly for having an easy sit down while washing her hair.

My aunt is pleased with the folding aluminum walker which she uses for support whilst gardening.

The four wheeled rollator is excellent, very stable.

Your bath safety strips has really helped me in stopping my slipping.

The dunlop albert slippers are comfortable and arrived quickly.

The Crutch Pod that we purchased has been extremely useful, attached to one of my wife's crutches it carries the portable telephone, hankies etc. It has been much talked about by the 'physios' and at her next appointment I am giving them your web address - they will either order some or pass on the website. This is a really useful bit of kit - rating - 4.5. I would recommend it.

I would give a five rating (excellent) for the bibs.

The ultra narrow walking frame was purchased for my Father who is 89, has extremely restricted mobility due to arthritic knees and suffers from dementia. The walking frame is ideal and has helped immensely enabling him to move around his home more freely and due to the lightness and narrow structure of the appliance he can manage to get through doorways and even his rather small bathroom. The cost was very reasonable compared to other mobility aid providers.

This 'handi-reacher' grabber is really good. It can pick up very small and some quite large items. The grip opens and closes really easily and has a good strong hold. Has been used constantly and is great for those with arthritis in their hands. Even been used to pick up leaves and debris when clearing the garden. Excellent value for money for a really handy piece of kit.

The flexible ferrules are excellent. 5 out of 5. I need to walk with 2 sticks, and these ferrules give me added stability with my sticks, and so I feel more confident when I'm walking.
