Very happy to have it, but not as easy for me as I had hoped. A bigger head part might be better.

The adjustable comfort grip cane is an excellent product. Lightweight as well as sturdy, quick and easy to collapse and extend so its handy to take in a backpack in case needed. Good range of height adjustment, especially since I'm 6'4 and cantt find many sticks that adjust to a long enough length for me. Rapid delivery.

I was very pleased with the service from you, only one niggle that on the description the dimensions of the economy coccyx wedge cushions although mentioned it doesn't say which is the seat depth and which the width.

The ultra narrow walking frame was purchased for my mother and she is finding it easy to use - although I wonder if small wheels on the front may make it easier for her to use rather than lifting to walk. However, it is narrow which was what was wanted, meaning it can be used in a small area.

Pleased with the washable bed pads. They are fit for purpose and good size.

Very good 4 - we need to keep the lock off the walker for movement through the furniture.

My Mother is very happy with aluminium walker and it is just unfortunate that the original walker was not delivered on time. Your response to this problem when pointed out was good.

This shower stool is a good basic product.

I bought the dorking stocking/sock donner for my husband as he has difficulty putting his socks on. It took a few attempts to master getting the sock over the framework but he is now quite happy with it and we give it 4 stars.

The Ursece no leak urinal is easy to use, well made and No leak feature is great. Easy to empty via dedicated valve. Expensive so 4 out of 5 stars.

The prima grab bar is well made and simple to install. Perfect diameter to ensure easy grip and hold. Lastly made of robust plastic material so less likely to cause damage if one falls against one. A couple of cap covers for the screw to secure the bar unfortunately refused to click properly so 4 out of 5 stars.

The tights 'puller upper' (dorking tights donner) is very helpful and sturdy - once you get the hang of it.

I suffer with hypermobilty and I have found the caring cutlery set invaluable.

The handycup has worked successfully so far. It is a pity extra lids aren't available.

The permanent user crutches s are very good in many ways: Strong, quieter than two-piece adjustable crutches and although the moulded grips are comfortable they can be rather frustrating when you grab the left hand crutch with your right hand - it doesn't fit! I've got used to that now though. I'd rate them at 41/2 out of 5.

The Cordless Electric Mini Kettle was a gift for my 90 year old sister because I was so delighted with one I purchased earlier. I would give this a rating of 4 out of 5 because it's light and easy to use.

The folder away grab rails are good. We were able to buy with a purchase order. Customer service good delivery good.

We purchased this EZ Adjustable Bed Rail With Pouch for my father and he is very pleased with it as it gives him a sense of security, as he had rolled out of bed on two occasions. The only slight problem was that he found it difficult to lean over and pull the rail up once he was on the bed. He solved this by attaching a length of string to the rail with which he can pull it into place. It seems a well-designed product which suits its purpose very well.
