I have recently had a full knee replacement operation and this exerciser has really helped me with getting some movement in the bending of the knee. I start with the machine further away and keep bringing it closer to me so that each time I get a bit more bend each time. I have heard from other users that these machines have really helped them too.

Good sturdy product
Definitely a good sturdy product for the bath delivered quickly but unfortunately gravity and concrete or a size 9 damaged the packaging and product. Karen @ customer services soon sorted a replacement and I'm eagerly waiting for delivery so I can try it out!

My new sidekick arrived today - as with all mobility aids, this makes it easier to keep doing ordinary things! Useful to pause and sit, or to carry the basket to the till... Folds easily, light.
