Recently bought a white bath board to change out an greying yellow one I've had for 2 decades. This one from Essential Aids fit the bill. I had a small problem with the item and Customer Service responded to my email in 5 minutes and sent a replacement free of charge quicker than the first one. They went above and beyond over an issue that was probably due to the delivery process and not theirs. I generally don't write reviews. I would defo recommend these guys for all your needs. Top notch service & very good company to deal with.

Nice clean white bath step. The blue surface on a previous step I had stained very badly. I can't think why because you only use clean water and soap in a shower so the surface must have been faulty. I am very pleased with this step and recommend it to anyone wanting a good helpful shower or bath step Thankyou

I bought this for my mum who's recovering from a stroke on her dominant side, and my dad has been using it to, he hasn't had a stroke, but says he's using it to prevent injuries whilst slicing bread !

grab rails delivered v.promptly,but were not the ones ordered.could not be bothered with the hassle of trying to rectify,so paid to have mounting points altered(not a big job,but shouldnt have been necessary},so the advantage of cheapnesswas lost
