Cooper Z type ferrules are the best quality, offer the most grip and are particularly suitable for crutches. Many other sellers advertise with a picture of the Cooper product but supply an 'equivalent'. In my experience (40 years using crutches) there is no equivalent to the Cooper ferrule and its great to see that Essential Aids supply the real thing. Fast delivery and good value too.

The Easi grip Chiropodist Scissors are very good and sharp. Easy to hold. Only small gripe is that I wish the blades were a little thinner for cutting more finely.

I ordered a Handicare door frame ramp, the service was very good, I was kept advised by e-mail re-delivery, fast and courteous service. The ramp was ideal for me, well made and strong and non slip surface, good value.

These ferrules are a perfect fit for my walking stick. They are solidly made and the metal plate inside stops the weight I put on the stick from wearing the ferrule through from the inside; a good product.

I have found the Savanah bath step to be very well made and very pleased with it being none slip. As one of the older generation I feel really confident when using it.

The items I purchased including the arthritis walking cane were precisely as advertised. They arrived very quickly and were packaged appropriately for their contents. The reason I made the purchase was because my condition has deteriorated and I've found using two sticks greatly aids my stability. Obviously I want them to be matching sticks. These fit the bill perfectly. I would use Essential Aids again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I'm happy to give the product and your service 5 out of 5. This edge shower stool was a great choice - it looks quite cool, it's triangular shape is comfortable and sturdy, I can move it easily out of the way into the corner, and it was so easy to assemble - a really clever design.

I am satisfied with the Savannah bath seat. It allows me to sit and have a shower in the bath. I bought the higher version of it, but I should have had a little bit higher.
