I received my deluxe folding walker very promptly. I walk only very short distances (up to 50 metres) and require sticks to do so. I ordered the frame following a fall on concrete in my garden when a little dog dashed between my legs. So I now have a rule for myself: when in the garden, for whatever purpose, I use my frame in preference to sticks. It gives me the stability (especially on uneven surfaces, slippery grass, small slopes etc that sticks cannot truly offer. The wheeled frame would be useless on grass and soil surfaces, but the frame is a very solid, lightweight device. It folds very conveniently when not in use and simply locks into it working shape when required. The deluxe folding walker is a valuable piece of safety and amenity kit.

My 94 year old father is very pleased with his dunlop albert slippers. As his feet are often swollen having a wide opening is a big bonus, and with the Velcro fastening easily adjustable. The rubber soles prevent him slipping as he is not too steady on his feet. He is happy his feet are always warm!

My Mum bought the Wheelybrella and Easireach II 810mm for a disabled friend for Christmas. Mum was delighted when the parcel arrived and her friend was absolutely delighted with the presents.

I bought two rotating reachers from you when I had a new hip and found them to be excellent. Strong, sturdy and well designed. When my brother in law fell and broke his hip I ordered one to be sent to him as I knew it would be a good aid.

When my husband first came home after having had a stroke our local social services fitted a natural grip grab rail in the bathroom. Since then things have been reorganised and he wanted two more, as near identical as possible to the existing one. The large non slip mat is a valuable piece of equipment that is regularly with our learners, especially those who find it difficult to grip mixing bowls, pans, etc. during the preparation stages of the food being cooked. The learners like using this as it allows them to use both hands at the same time and not worry about the bowl moving around the work surface.

The kettle tipper has become a valuable piece of equipment whilst our learners are working in the kitchen. We have a couple of learners who find it difficult to handle and tip a kettle or jug at the same time.

After a long search I bought this cordless electric mini kettle for my 83 yr old Mum who has limited use of her right arm so found a conventional kettle difficult to lift - and was using her left hand (not safe!). She absolutely loves this kettle - can easily use it with her right hand. The mini kettle swivels to use with either hand, has a water gauge on both sides, is easy to fill without opening the lid and is of excellent quality.A bit expensive compared to a standard kettle but worth every penny to reduce the risk of an accident. Fantastic service - the first order via Royal Mail never arrived but when I contacted customer service they immediately sent out another one by courier which arrived the next day. Would highly recommend using Essential Aids.
