Fantastic

Fantastic product! The sock aid was bought as a bit of a joke Christmas present for my dad as he struggles to put his socks on, but it turns out it was his best present ever!

Excellent

The Multi Way Bed Wedge was delivered promptly and well packed. It has been the aid required to help sooth acid reflux at night. Very satisfied with the product and would score the service as 5 out of 5.

Thanks you

My father was delighted with this easy pull sock aid! It made putting on socks a breeze!

Great service

I am very delighted with the service that I received in respect of my recent purchase of this lightweight aluminium rollator. The delivery was the very next day (a Saturday).

Thanks!

I was very impressed with the quality of the leg lifter and the speedy delivery. Have no hesitation in recommending Essential Aids and giving a rating of 5/5.

Thank you!

I ordered an adjustable bed cradle which arrived promptly and was monstrous useful for my Dad. At the time he was recovering from arterial surgery on his left leg. He also likes a lot (8) of blankets on his bed. It was just the job keeping the weight off. Thank you for your prompt and efficient attention.

10/10

The rollator bag was easy to order; quickly delivered; notified of potential delay; parcel able to be left at house avoiding me having to go and collect it.

Good protection

My powerchair has a headrest which made it difficult to find suitable waterproof protection in rain. Although not designed for wheelchairs, the skoota kape adapts nearly perfectly for my situation and protects both myself and the chair from the elements and actually makes the inside surprisingly warm. Brilliant!

Excellent walker

I was delighted with the service from Essential Aids. The folding three wheeled walker arrived really quickly and was carefully packaged. The walker is perfect for my mother who is 82, under 5' and very frail - she is able to manoeuvre it with ease, and its sturdiness gives her confidence. When not in use it folds neatly out of the way.

Very functional

I bought the clear drinking mug for my father, who is having problems holding things. He is very happy with it. The only improvement I can suggest would be to make it out of non transparent plastic to make it more attractive. I would rate it 5 out of 5 for use.

Good knife

I bought the knife for my mum as she was finding it harder to use a standard knife due to loss of grip in her hands. She is really pleased with it. She has used it pretty much every day and says it has made preparing meals much easier.

5 out of 5

Firstly, customer service was excellent as I had to phone for a replacement as the first stick that arrived had snapped in the post but there was no problem and another was sent out very quickly. The dressing stick was for my Mum who has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis (in fact we both have it), she finds it invaluable as it gives her independence and confidence to do things herself, especially her coat. The dressing stick is good value for money, easy to use and it is light. It also has its own hanging hook and can be placed anywhere near by for easy reach.

Excellent comfortable mat

Love the soft feel shower mat - the 2nd one I have bought. Softly padded and so comfortable for my sensitive feet. A good grip on my shower floor too. Excellent service both times and mat arrived very quickly.

Very pleased

I was impressed with the service and quality of the hospital boots I purchased. They were for an elderly relative who lives alone and who cannot wear shoes or slippers due to ulcerated feet and legs. The boots are ideal but he encountered a problem with them as he is unable to fasten them properly without someone being there to do it for him. Despite that, he was delighted with them and now has something to wear for hospital / doctors visits.
