We bought a lightweight wheeler rollator and it has proved to be ideal for my 97-year old mum. 5 out of 5 for Rollator and service.

I would rate Essential Aids and the bed arm chair itself five out of five. I had found similar items online for three times the price. The seat itself was an excellent support. I was concerned that the arms might not stay in place and push apart but they remained firmly in place. I would recommend both the bed arm chair and Essential Aids most highly to anyone looking for assistance equipment for the home.

The langham suregrip raisers are very useful. So many on the market are fIxed height, but these can be adjusted to suit.

My mum thinks this is a great table. The top is lovely and shiny and very easy to clean and the low profile of the legs means it slips easily under her chair. It is very stable but light to move around and the bars on the top means that things don't keep sliding off. Great value for money.

I purchased the etac socky stocking aid for my uncle who has a slight disability. He tells me he is now able to put his socks on in seconds where previously it took at least 30 mins.

Thank you for the adjustable blanket cradle which arrived safely on Tuesday morning. It works exactly as claimed and helped me to a good night's sleep.

I purchased the Good Grips dessert spoon after first purchasing a knife and fork for my mum, who is 83 and although she did not want to admit it, she was finding it hard to hold ordinary cutlery. The good grips cutlery is easy to hold, comfortable to use and not unattractive. Your service was very good - quick and efficient and if I need to I will not hesitate to purchase items from yourselves again. I think the good grips cutlery is good value for money.

The long handled metal shoehorn is excellent - very sturdy and makes putting on shoes with arthritic hands so much easier.

The shower stool I ordered was exactly as described and fit for purpose. It came quickly too, very pleased.

I don't know how I managed without this stick. I bought the longer one and it's so easy to use and the best item I've bought, I can now get dressed/undressed in half the time. The dressing stick is a winner I can now do things for myself rather than ask for help. So much more independent.

The Advance crutches are brilliant, so light weight and much easier to use than the hospital ones. The rubberised hand grip fits your hand like a glove.

Happy with purchase which was for my mum. The adjustable footstool does the job is comfortable to use and quick delivery which I like.

I bought this Steelite plate for a relative who has very limited use of only one hand. The design of the plate means that he can position food next to the edge and push it onto his spoon. The plate looks good and washes well. It was delivered very speedily and the packaging was extremely secure. I rate this plate 5 our of 5. I.Wiles.
