I recently purchased the good grips button hook from essential aids and I have to say that I was very pleased with the speed of response, promptness of delivery and quality of the goods. Happy to report that the bed grab rail recently purchased by my dad has made a vast improvement to his situation. He is now able to pull himself upright making it so much easier for him to get out of bed unaided. It was relatively easy to fit to his bed and we were both surprised at how sturdy it is. The service we received prior to delivery and the speed of delivery itself were both superb! Would have no hesitation at all in giving bed grab rail a 5 out of 5 rating.

Fine, functional. Had hip replacement so maybe should have gone for luxury version as sitting on this was a bit uncomfortable at first but that faded so it did its job. Fitted securely on loo.

I am happy to rate the Martex pants as five out of five in every aspect....fit, comfort, effectiveness and ease of laundering. This was, actually a 'repeat order' as my husband has found the three I originally ordered very useful so I wanted a further three so as I don't have to wash and dry each pair daily. My local 'disability store' only sells similar pants in white which we don't find a sensible colour, long term, so we are delighted that the Martex ones come in black ( and in a good size range).
I ordered the dressing stick for my elderly mother whose arthritis was making dressing herself a terrible chore. She reports that the item has been a great help to her. The service I received from Essential Aids was very good indeed - the website had the best choice of items of any i looked at and when once I had sent off the order it came quickly.
The coccyx wave cushions is a bit bigger than I anticipated but basically it's fine.

We would give the easi eaters curved utensils we purchased a 5 out 5. It has proven to be really useful, we able to offer our little one more independence at mealtimes through the specially adapted handles being suitable for her limited arm movements and physical skills. A good product.
