The Harley Designer Ring Cushion that I ordered was for a neighbour with cancer, meaning that he could not sit. We bought the cushion to try and ease his pain, and it certainly did this. With regard to rating your service,i would give a 5+, beyond the call of duty as the cushion was delivered the very next day.
The steel toilet surround is very sturdy with a good selection of height adjustment.
I would rate the economy shower stool - rated 4 out of 5 - great aid for the shower, would be nice if it had drainage holes in the seat, although I've coped just fine without them.

The cane holder is such a small, insignificant item - but oh so very useful. Instead of sitting in my wheelchair hanging on to my crutch awkwardly and sometimes dropping it, it is now held securely and I have both hands free. Postage and packing price is most reasonable and delivery was prompt. Altogether the cane holder was a good transaction.
The Handycup is most suitable for my severely disabled wife, particularly the transparency and very light weight.

The cordless electric mini kettle has been an absolute boon, being light yet capacious, mum can easily fill it and pick it up to pour. Making a cup of tea is one of the few jobs mum can still manage to do herself - so important.
