Improved my dad's life

Wonderful aid
This is the third stocking aid purchased as the first wore out, but this luxury stocking aid model is used on a daily basis and is simply wonderful and such a help to my husband.
Improves hard mattresses
The ripple mattress topper made my hard mattress a little bit more comfortable to sleep on, for which I am grateful. I really need a softer mattress, but in view of the expense, this is a good alternative.

I ordered the cordless electric mini kettle for my mother who has severe arthritis. She has found it to be exactly what she needed - she lives on her own so only needs to boil a small amount of water. She can also pick up and fill the kettle with no problem. Recommended.
Very pleased with this narrow walking frame
The narrow walking frame is used by my wife who is disabled. She is very pleased with it, especially as it fits through (relatively) narrow gaps.

I ordered from Essential Aids were for my 87 year old mother to help her open bottles, jars and tins. The 3 items, including the can key are excellent and she can use all of them very well. She thinks they are great and very easy to use.
Easy to use
I purchased the Easy Pull Sock Aid for my 85 year old mother after she had a hip replacement and the only thing she could not do was to put her socks on and it really frustrated her. She was thrilled with the appliance and she showed it round the development she lives in, which is full of elderly people. She found it very simple to operate and even the care people who came in to check on her were impressed.

This folding walking aid was purchased for my 94 year old mother who is quite small, barely 5ft tall and just under 7 stone, and rather frail and sometimes unsteady. Well she is delighted with it. She used it the very first day to go and see one of her friends in another flat of the care home where she lives. it gives her more confidence but is light enough and small enough for her to manage with it quite easily and she uses it every day. We were also very pleased with the speed of service. Mum describes the folding three wheeled walker is as just ideal.
