Essential Aids

I started to struggle putting my socks/shoes on since beginning of year. My fiancé has been assisting me with this, but now I can do this myself with use of this aid.

Bought as a replacement for one that had seen better days. It was very easy to assemble and set to the required height, width etc. At the discounted price also a bargain. Highly Recommended.

A Really big back bag for my disabled scooter, with lots of space for shopping, and extra zipped space to the front for letters or other small objects. All in all value for meney

A good fit with the folding stick and easy to slip on. 1 is ok, but I recommend 2. 2 arrived with our stick order anyway, so that may be the norm.

I picked this up for my mum who desparately wanted a stick that could be folded away when not needed. She needed a fairly short stick and this was just the right height at it's absolute shortest. Solid construction, not too fiddly for her to be able to pack it away and with the two supplied clips it hides away nicely in a larger handbag/shopping bag. I cdidn't get on with the molded grip myself, but it slipped straight in to her hand and gave her a good confident hold on it.

Bought for a patient with rapid weight loss due to cancer, for whom sitting on the toilet had become extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately it moved as it was sat on, leading it to become impractical and not very safe. However, it is now used with a stool in the shower and is proving a great success.

After snapping one of my cuffs on my crutches, decided to order a new pair as I thought it would be quicker than waiting for the doctor to refer me to Occupational health, I have to have comfy grips as I have problems with my wrists and hands, I ordered these along with other stuff on a Thursday and they were here by Monday, they're lovely and comfy grip and I don't get the obvious rattle when walking with them so I can now use stealth mode and sneak up on people lol , I also feel I walk a bit more upright with these, so pleased it's a really quick service, highly recommend x ??

First perching stool I can sit comfortably on, most stools or chairs I've had have been to high for my short legs on the lowest setting and not wide enough for my ample rear, this one is perfect for me and comfy to boot, added bonus my legs don't hurt after a few minutes perching. Would recommend this to everyone x
