The toilet surround aid is robust and sturdy, it enabled my mother to toilet independently and safely post operatively. Excellent value. The delivery was very fast and arrived in perfect condition.

My 4 year old Granddaughter needed an access ramp to get her wheelchair through the front door and I was going to build one out of timber. Because I was concerned about slipperiness when wet, I started looking at alternatives and the suitcase ramp from Essential Aids looked ideal. The ordering process was simple and even explained VAT exemption (something I didn't even know was possible). Delivery was very quick and the ramp was delivered directly to my Granddaughter, enabling her to use it immediately. In the 6 weeks or so since she has been using it, the ramp has proven to be excellent. It is well built and durable, is not slippery when wet and folds up for easy transportation with her wheelchair. I would give this item a rating of 5 out of 5.

We needed to order the shelford support frame frame which my paraplegic husband could use in the bathroom when we are away and staying in hotels. A complete frame was no good as he uses a wheelchair and has to be able to transfer onto the toilet, so this single frame is ideal for our purposes, just to give him something to lean on whilst transferring. The frame is solid and well-made, and fits beautifully into our boot, so we can take it with us everywhere we go. The website is easy to navigate, the price was acceptable, and delivery was quick and trouble-free. I would give the company, and the product, a 5 star rating.
