I was very happy with the docking stocking aid, does exactly what i need it to. Was delivered very quickly.

I have purchased two items in recent months including this harley original ring cushion and have been very pleased not only with the items but the customer service I received on both occasions. There was a slight problem with delivery on the first item, but Sheila was quick and efficient in getting it resolved. I would rate the whole experience as 5 out of 5!

The Tall Adjustable Shower Stool is sturdy and well-made. The anti-slip rubber feet ensure that the stool remains securely in one place when in use. The extra height available with the "Tall" model aides with standing and lowering as these actions would have been a problem with the standard height models. Easy to clean and store in the shower cubicle when not in use. The item was well packed and delivery was swift. Excellent 'hassle-free' transaction.

As a long time sportsman I am very used to using crutches. The Elbow Crutches With Comfy Handles are the best one's I have ever had, because: 1. Multi adjustable 2. The ergonomic handles are a MUST, they make moving around so much more comfortable on your hands, allowing you to put genuine weight bearing on them without soreness & retaining the ability to keep a firm grip. The difference in price between these and "normal" handles is irrelevant versus their utility. 3. The crutches' rubber feet are 100% reliable on any surface, indeed positively "sticky". 4. The multi position arm surrounds/supports are extremely useful when undertaking different tasks and the opening in them, allows the crutch to dangle from your arm safely and if necessary, you can pull the crutch off through the narrow space in them. 100% recommendation, you will not be disappointed. I recently had a hip replacement in a hospital in France and must have demonstrated the crutches to other patients and hospital staff at least six times a day. The interest in the handles was particularly notable especially after they had tried them in favour of their "normal" ones. Wouldn't be without them, and they were delivered within 24 hours, full marks to Essential Aids

I would like to thank you for the crutches I bought from you, including the aluminium axilla crutches, they were brilliant. Very good value for money I could not have managed without them as I could not get on with the hospital ones. I give you a full 5 rating.

I am fairly new to your site and have only brought three items to date including this shoehorn, however what I can say is all my transactions have been handled very well.

The ringwood grab rails were good quality, realistically priced and delivered promptly. All you could ask for.

We have a cottage on the Norfolk Broads, which we hire out to holiday makers and we purchased the floor mounted folding rail for a rather unconventional use and this floor mounted folding rail was to enable easier access to our hire boat for guests with mobility problems. Excellent product.

Mum is absolutely delighted with the lightweight rollator. It's lightweight and just what she needed to keep her mobile. The basket under the seat is perfect for keeping her handbag safe when she's on the move.

My wife has balance and mobility problems resulting from Parkinson's, so I have now installed six of your prima grab rails in strategic positions inside as well as outside our house. Although they are described as for outdoor use, they blend unobtrusively with indoor decor and are substantial and reliable.

The webbing jacob's ladder is very strong. Recommended for any other disabled person.
