Bought this all-purpose knife for my elderly mother who has arthritis and difficulty with gripping and strength when using normal knives. She is delighted with it as it allows her to hold a knife for chopping and cutting in a different way and allows her to continue to cook from scratch for herself. This Economy Over Chair Table was a replacement table for my aunt who has dementia. It turned out to be bigger than her old one but is much more sturdy and therefore safer for her. It has the facility to tilt but she will not use that.
