This is the second one-handed tray that I have purchased. The first one I bought about 20 years ago for my father, who had Parkinson's disease, which I now use myself. Very pleased with the telescopic Channel Ramps. My son has made a slight mod so the lip fits tighter on our doorstep but they are very successful and give them 5.
