I have found the harley original pillows to be good value and staff have been helpful.

The over bed table was for my mum. She finds it very useful and uses it everyday, I found the service to be very professional, efficient and I would use Essential Aids again.

I was delighted with the quality of these aluminium axilla crutches. They were delivered extremely quickly and well packaged. They are so easy to adjust! I can even adjust them myself which is wonderful! I have my elbow ones from the NHS but so much pressure on my wrists and shoulders I needed a break from those. My idea now is to use these Under Arm (Axilla) Type crutches and rotate usage with my elbow crutches. I like the under arm type as I can rest on them and still use my hands to get something out of my bag - I cannot do that easily with elbow ones. I find the underarm type easier when I cannot but any weight on my right leg.

The bed pad was just what I wanted, though bigger than I needed. I would give it a rating of 5.

My order was dealt with extremely quickly and the caring cutlery is very helpful for anyone with joint hypermobility. I would definitely use Essential Aids again, recommend them and rate them 5.

The ultra narrow walking frame bought from you has proved to be more than adequate for our needs. Everything arrived on time and well packaged.

The easy pull sock aid was for my mother, however, I have seen how she is now able to put on her socks very easily using your sock aid and that it was well padded. This is essential as my mother's skin is paper thin. Your sock aid gets 5 out of 5.

The permanent user crutches s are very good in many ways: Strong, quieter than two-piece adjustable crutches and although the moulded grips are comfortable they can be rather frustrating when you grab the left hand crutch with your right hand - it doesn't fit! I've got used to that now though. I'd rate them at 41/2 out of 5.

I would rate the inflatable rubber ring at probably 3. With hindsight I would probably have been better with the memory foam type ring though this partly did the job.

Very happy with the inflatable hairwash tray. Great product and as I'm bedbound it's now very easy for my carers to wash my hair. Has made a huge positive difference for me.

I was very pleased with the Universal Walker Pouch. It was a bit different to other products I have seen.

The wheelchair fleece I bought from you is very good. Its softness makes my chair more comfortable and it keeps my back warm whereas previously I always felt a draught in my lower back which is also where my back pain comes from.

The elbow crutches were as expected. Five out of five.

The Weekly Multi-dose Pill Box came was very quick in arriving, very good service. Pill box is easier to use rather than the ones which come apart where there is a chance of actually losing one section.. Will most certainly use Essential Aids again when ever I need any more aids.

The multi-opener has been a godsend for me, my friend and my father-in-law. I first came across this in a charity shop, and found it great. Not seen anywhere else except with you. Definitely a 5-star product.
