I use the transfer board daily to help my husband move from and to car from his wheelchair, it has been a great help and would highly recommend it.

The raised seat is exactly what we needed.

Four and a half out of five. Nicely made mug and very practical with large handles for easy holding. The lid is tightly fitting so there is no leakage. The spout works well. The only problem is that when you need to tilt the mug more (towards the end of the drink), it gets a bit difficult with the domed lid, so we found we needed to remove the lid for the last few sips.

The gel cushion that I purchased from you arrived promptly. It is very comfortable to sit on. The lady on the telephone when ordering was most polite and very helpful. I rate the service provided a five.

Thought I would let you know that the Walker did arrive very soon after the order was placed and although I did not have time to unpack it for a couple of days, the walker has now been assembled and that was a very easy task. It's delightfully lightweight and exceeds my expectations for the price.

I ordered the 'Underseat Rollator Bag' for my father's walker, after the original one tore at the seams (probably because he stuffed too much into it). The order was fulfilled quickly and correctly. What more could I ask for? I will make one small comment of disappointment, and that is that the storage bag, with its velcro fastenings, does not look quite as smart as the original, whose straps fastened with large silver press-studs, but that version seems not to be available. Nevertheless, the velcro straps are functional and do the job. Should my father need another replacement for this storage bag, or any other similar product or aid, I would be happy to order from Essential Aids. I would give the company 5 out of 5 for completing the order quickly and correctly.

The walking stick handle is much easier on my hands than my old one. Five stars.

I bought this item for mother in law who has difficulty with a deteriorating hip. She was thrilled with the easy seat aid which aids her sitting down and rising from her chair easily. I was happy that it helped her. All in all a good buy.
