I was at a loss, I had injured my foot and because of arthritic thumbs ordinary crutches were very painful to use. I ordered Essential Aids crutches for arthritis, which I did not know existed until I delved into your web site. What a god send. Excellent purchase. I bought the insulated mug for an elderly gentleman who is registered blind and can only eat liquidised food. His hot drinks are essential for his health. The firm base means that it does not get knocked over and it keeps his drinks nice and hot for up to an hour. Further it holds a large quantity compared to other similar cups that hold little amounts. Would recommend!!!

Very impressed with the whole buying experience. Easy with quick delivery. 5 out of 5 rating. We bought a bidet bowl to fit over the toilet which was to facilitate the bowel cancer test kit!!! Even my husband who is in the early stages of dementia was able to cope with it after just one demonstration - so from our point of view it fitted the bill admirably. It is small enough to go in the 'equipment' cupboard and is therefore just right.
