I would just like to say thank you for the speedy delivery of my permenant user crutches, they are very comfortable and just what I needed, my old pair were getting a bit worn after "8" years use. Also I got them at a great price compared to my old ones. Once again thank you for a great service.
The prima outdoor handrail has been very successful. It has a firm grip and can be fitted vertically or at an angle which I found best.
We purchased the 10cm raised tiolet seat for use in our Church. The seat is easily fitted and removed when not required which is essential for us working with wide age ranges. It is also very robust and easy to clean. 5/5

Fantastic responses - excellent delivery times. Just to let you know that since I bought the sock aid my mums used it and got much more confident that she has now learnt to put her socks on herself again. Previous to using this aid she was unable to put her own socks on. Probably don't need the aid now but it has worked wonders for my mums confidence.

The stick clip is a brilliant and simple gadget! It clips to your walking stick and whenever you need to rest your stick somewhere, this little counter balance does all the work. I use mine to pop my stick against the top of shop counters, in the library, on tables in cafes, etc. You can easily slide the clip up or down to the height you need to lock your stick securely on the surface you want to rest it against. It really does work. I am always being asked about it and refer them to Essential Aids to get one.

I bought a luxury sock aid. It's fine, though slightly difficult to hold in the right shape to put the sock on at the beginning. But otherwise fine. I'd give it 4. Ease and efficiency of ordering and delivery was very good.
My mum was very pleased with this overbed table, it is a lot sturdier than her previous one and this one has wheels.

I'd give both the scooter cover and purchase experience 5 out of 5 stars. Helpful and patient customer services (I find I can get quite kerfuffled over the smallest of things these days) and the product itself is excellent. It is the second one of such covers I have which is of a good size and fits comfortably over the seats and backs of both my large wheelchairs (they're not just for scooters), thus protecting them and keeping them dry in wet weather so that I can still sit on the chair indoors after removing the cover.
Very pleased of the contoured pillow. Would certainly use company again. 5 out 5 for quality and service.
The plug tugs I purchased are brilliant! 5 out of 5. It is so much easier to pull plugs out of the sockets now that I'm developing arthritis in my hands.
I purchased slippers which were very promptly delivered and so comfortable and warm I would definitely buy from this company again. Would rate them 5 out of 5.
My mother found the mugs easy to grip and fairly easy to drink out of. Her hands are really unsteady now as she has motor Neuron disease so nothing is easy. The mugs wash up well and are not too heavy for her.
