Your outdoor grab rails are ideal; promptly delivered, discretely coloured, pleasant to touch hot or cold, and non-rusting. A pity you do not include the fixing screws - I used countersunk ones.

The Walker Pouch for my Zimmer frame is excellent. It is robustly constructed and easy to fit. It holds plenty of 'stuff'. I can replenish my fridge with beer and wine in a single trip. I would give this product 4 stars. It lost a star because the Velcro fastenings are a bit flimsy. J Craven.

I bought a luxury sock aid. It's fine, though slightly difficult to hold in the right shape to put the sock on at the beginning. But otherwise fine. I'd give it 4. Ease and efficiency of ordering and delivery was very good.

I bought the compression stocking aid for my dad, after he had a knee replacement, and it's been enormously helpful, except that for the first few days he really struggled because he was using it back to front (!). IThe aid really helped him through the six weeks of compulsory compression socks, which were a nightmare to put on by hand. We would rate it 4 out of 5.

The plug tugs were purchased for my Mum. She is finding them very useful and can remove plugs from sockets with ease now. They are also great for unplugging iPhone chargers which are completely smooth and have no grooves or projections to grip. Very reasonable in price

The lotion applicator has been very useful and easy to use. I give a mark of 4/5.

The Dunlop Slippers are an excellent product. I think the size could be a little more generous as the sizing was too exact. Warm comfortable and nonslip. I rate these 4.5 out of 5.

Essential Aids offered the adjustable footstool at a very competitive price and, having dealt with them once before, I decided upon this purchase. Delivery was so speedy that it completely took me by surprise and I can only state that I am, for the most part, delighted with the product. Its range of adjustment more than exceeds my expectation, it is easy to use and does not look clinical or out of place in my less than modern home.

My mother has severe arthritis and needs quite a high toilet seat as she tends to fall on the seat when she sits down as her knees are painful, so this raised toilet seat was ideal as it was very high. Ratings out of 5, I would give a 4.

Savanah bath seat arrived on time, well packaged, assembly instructions were not the clearest, but figured it out. Does the job it was bought for, 4 out of 5.

I am really pleased with the batwing pillowcases, they wash really well and fit fairly snugly. Rating of four out of five for the pillowcases.

We are very pleased with the Breezy moonlite wheelchair and cushion. It is light and fits In the boot of my Ford Focus, even with the foot rests fitted, quite easily, is very easy to set up and rolls smoothly.

The toe washer is rather bulky but quite good at its job.

The Easi grip Chiropodist Scissors are very good and sharp. Easy to hold. Only small gripe is that I wish the blades were a little thinner for cutting more finely.

I am satisfied with the Savannah bath seat. It allows me to sit and have a shower in the bath. I bought the higher version of it, but I should have had a little bit higher.

Yes, we were very satisfied with the design and quality of the lightweight aluminium rollator. The recipient found it much more comfortable than using a stick. My only comment would be that it needs an extra set of holes in the handle tube to enable the handles to be higher up. I would rate this item as 4/5.

We purchased the replacement rollator bag from you and were pleased with the item. The only thing I would improve with it, would be the fixings. Instead of Velcro, I would like to see studs, as in the original, as it more difficult for the patient to remove. The bag itself though is of good quality and the delivery was good as well. 4 out of 5, only because of the Velcro.
